I like seasonal themed printables. If a summer day turns out to be a rainy day and outdoor activities are not an option you can always print some summer coloring pages for kids and use them to bring the sunshine in!
Perfect for keeping the kids bussy!

Summer Coloring Pages for Kids
There are three summer themed pages for kids to color and two pages for them to first trace and then color. I used Faber-Castell’s coloring pencils.

If you like something out of this world, then you will love this alien coloring page. If you and your kids are more into mythical beings dragon coloring page is for you!
I love the idea of using coloring pages to help keep the kids busy during rainy days in the summer. We get a lot of rain during that time of year where I live and so it would definitely be a good idea to have something like this on hand for them so that they do not get bored. However, what type of crayons or art supplies do you think would be appropriate for my four-year-old? He always breaks his crayons and so that is why I am asking about that.
Hi, you can try Melissa & Doug Learning Mat Crayons, they come in plastic crayon holders and kids slide them out of the holders to color with them, so they can’t really break. Enjoy!
